I'M BACK!

At last,after 7 days i am back from sydney.I'm have not done anything much over there,considering that the cost of every little is so damn expensive and that my debit credit card got some problem during the last few days of my trip that i can't use it.But nevertheless it gave choon and me a chance to meet up with ric,the trip have also revitalized me.

Heres the break down of what my trip:

21 dec : Landed at around 2130 at the sydney international airport.Went to train station and have a first look at what their train station look like.The map got us confused,as they have like so many different routes and lines compare to ours.Got ourselves a green travel pass that cost AUD 50,which was the best thing since we used it for all our transport and would have cost us well over that price many times.Once we reach the hotel and settled our stuff,we went to have our dinner and its.....MAC!!!Can't believe we travel 7k miles to eat a big mac...

22 dec:Meet ric early in the morning,and he bring us on a tour around sydney city area.I was very thirsty,and only managed to buy two bottles of drinks.I went back to the hotel first alone as i was feeling sick.When choon came back,he offered to buy dinner and some medicine for me.

23 dec:God damn it,can't believe i felt sick just on the third day over there.After breakfirst,i told choon i can't make it for the rest of the day.I went back to sleep and have to leave choon alone to tour Bondi beach on his own,as ric have to spend the next three days with his family.

24 dec:Thank god i have a good recovery system,just after one day of resting,i am well again to continue the tour.Went to Manly beach and walk around the beach taking pictures.Went to have a subway sandwiches,then back to the hotel and sleep.It was only 1600 when we went back to the hotel and sleep.I guess it was the hot weather over that was making us so lazy and sleepy.

25 dec:Went back to Bondi beach.This time choon learn from experience to take the bus and not walk over from the train station,as it took him about 1 hour to reach there.It was also the first time i saw how a ghost town really looks like.As it was Xmas,the aussies were not working and the whole of Bondi Junction was empty,except for a few people walking around.However we manage to find a shop and get our sunglasses and sunblock.Then we also found a shop selling towel at the beach,lucky we got all our stuff or else we would have been burnt.The beach was damn full,guess everyone decided to spend their xmas on the beach too.I had a great time playing with the waves,but choon never join in.The waves were very powerful,i was pushed back by them quite a number of times.We suntanned for 4 hours before going back.Went back to the hotel for a quick shower and off to the city area for our dinner.

26 dec:Meet ric and we went to Paddy market for some shopping.Then we went to his Uni and have a guided tour conducted by him.Saw how his Uni looks like finally.Then we were off the beach (again) near his place.Have some great talks with him,knowing how life is like for him in australia.Toward the end when choon and i got on the bus,i realised that we have not taken any pictures of the three us together.In the end,i managed to take a last picture of ric waving at us from outside the bus,tho the picture was blurred.

27 dec:Prepared and packed all our stuff.Then we are off to check out at 1100.Went roaming around the town area.Was planning to shop at the opal and gem house,but they were closed....with no place to go,we went to a park and i took a small nap.At 1730 we start to go back to the hotel for our bagages.As we were on the train to the aiport,can't help feeling time flies by so fast and we were on our way back to Singapore.Went for a kebah meal at the airport and we proceed to check in.At long last,2200 (sydney time) we boarded the flight.

28 dec:After 7 hours of flight,at 0300 (singapore time) we have touched down and reached home.
